By placing an order or requesting a quote, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. These terms are binding on both parties and apply to all apparel and textile manufacturing services provided by Peyora.
2. Manufacturing Capabilities
Peyora specializes in ladies', men's, and children's apparel. We offer OEM and private-label manufacturing solutions, utilizing both knit and woven bases. Our capabilities include design, sampling, and bulk production for retail chains and commercial clients.
3. Quality and Standards
We maintain rigorous quality control throughout our manufacturing journey. All garments are subject to strict inspection to ensure they meet the standards required by our international and local clients.
4. Payment and Delivery
Payment terms are defined at the time of quote submission. Delivery timelines are based on production capacity and client requirements. Late payments may incur interest as per our standard commercial agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and fabric specifications provided by the client are the exclusive property of the client. Peyora reserves the right to use these for internal development and future projects.
